QuickTime is King

It’s always been my intention to be as compatible with as many computer configurations as possible. Unfortunately, the other guys just don’t always play fair. I’ve been using the Anarchy Media Player to display all my videos in Flash format, because everyone has Flash these days. It’s the same video format as YouTube.
Microsoft, however, has fucked up something in Internet Explorer 7, which has rendered Anarchy Media Player incompatible. And, of course, the Flash files won’t play without it, even with the Adobe Flash plugin.
So, friends (and enemies), from now on, Old Fish and Lemonade is embracing Apple’s QuickTime video format for any and all future video posts. It’s a free download, so go get it. www.apple.com/quicktime/download. Seriously. It’s a thousand and one times better than Microsloth’s Windoze Media Player. Do you have an iPod? Then you have QuickTime installed already, cuz you need it to use iTunes. Congratulations.

IE7 is a total piece of shit. They stole all the best features from Mozilla and then fucked them up with all the permission requests and all that shit. They suck about as much as you do.

Hey! Guess what, JediMac! I just accessd OFaL usin my reggalr ol MSN Explorer browsr. So prhaps weve emergd from whatevr strange cloud o radiation we was passin fru yestrday. Ocourse, I have yet to hit th SAY IT buttn, so maybe Im a-speakin too soon.
As fer CrabbyMan, CMON! Dont you think stuff looks limp when viewd wif Firefox. Stuff looks far more robust & bold when viewd wif IE7, in my opinion.
Im still considerin downloadin Safari, on yer advice, Jedi. I feel a urge to see th Fish “as the artist intended it.”

If I took the time to view it w/IE7, I’d have to spend (18) hours removing all the viruses that it would let slip through. I may well give Safari a shot.

AngryMan: Yes, IE does have all the features of FF now. But it’s still retarded. I don’t like the way that FF changes the colors of everything, though. At least IE doesn’t do that.
