It Must Have Been One Helluva Exciting Purchase

I stopped at Circuit City this afternoon and happened upon a very random item in their parking lot: a pair of boxer shorts.
Circuit City is an electronics store and there are no department or clothing stores nearby, so I could not think of any good reason why someone would leave their underwear in Circuit City’s parking lot. Speculations welcome.

hey Jedi, I always find, like, 1 shoe. It’s always sad when it’s a kid’s shoe ;-(

Joey: Thanks, Joey, I can always count on you to find the best one-liner for every post. I wish I could think that quickly all the time
Reese: I’ve actually seen kids lost their shoes in stores, so that wouldn’t surprise me. I’ve never seen a kid lose their underwear though. But these were a man’s size and from American Eagle, so I’m thinkin’ teenager here.

You know that trick where a Stage Magician removes someone’s underwear while they have their clothes still on? I think this person was the victim of The Parking Lot Underwear Magician.

I’ve never seen a magician do that. I don’t even see how it’s possible to get the boxers around and off the merchandise, so to speak.

No, it’s an amazing trick, and always looks impossible. But they do it. I guess that’s why they call it magic…
